School is over and we have had a great year!! My letter is filled with much pride, thanks, and a little sadness.   I have many people who I need to thank for all of their work this year in making all of the events successful at Bond Mill:


 


Linda Landau, Mary Lehman and Carolyn Vincent and the rest of their crew for the awesome job that they did at Carnival.


Anne-Marie Hartranft and her raf.e basket committee for the beautiful baskets at Carnival.


Mary Jean Sokolowsky for stepping up to coordinate our great children’s activities.


Chip Gribben, Dawn Bell and Sandra Coronado for the wonderful newsletter that goes out to everyone in English and Spanish.


Dave Ridgway for printing the newsletter.


Debbie Teed our outstanding membership chair.


Angie Holmes, Yvonne Breedlove and Jennifer Napora-Johnson for coordinating the delicious lunches for our teachers and staff.
Debi Collins our awesome art teacher. As I walk around the school I am truly amazed at the art that the students have produced under her watchful eye.


Mrs. Brown, Mrs. Beery, Kay Gentile, Mrs. Estes, Mr. Haslup for their support and tremendous help for the Drama Club.


Linda Landau and Anne-Marie Hartranft and their volunteers for a successful bookfair. Our teachers and staff were able to receive many books to use in the classroom.


Carolyn Vincent and Dawn and Pat Coronado for the wonderful website that the PTO now has. Go check it out at http://www.bondmillpto.org.  


Dawn Bell and Stephanie Brown for heading up the committee to get a new playground.


Kim Jones for the most successful Box Tops and Campbell’s Soup Labels campaign. Keep cutting and saving those box tops and labels for next year.


Jen Hendershot and her committee for putting on a great party at the ice cream social.


Kelly Krause and her crew for making Bond Mill the most beautiful looking school.


Jennifer Endres for giving our children a wonderful year of exciting and educating cultural arts programs.


Cindy Dollen for making our earth greener by getting our school to RECYCLE!!!


Jennifer and Rich Hinkle for taking over the Write A Book Committee and doing a FANtastic job.


Amanda Berard and Debbie Hoover for the beautiful year book.


Liz Steenrod and her committee for the superbjoboftaking chargeofourfundraisers and making them fun and successful.


Amy Brennan for finding parents to run for the PTO and running the general elections.


Debbie Hoover and Donna Albrecht for expanding our childrens’ imaginations in DI.


Rhonda Whitley and her committee for stepping up the firsttime and volunteering to chair our 40th Anniversary Committee.


Mark Brackett, Howard Rosenberg, Liz Dwyer and Monica Gribben for giving me the pleasure of serving with on the board for all these years.  I will miss you.


The teachers, faculty and staff who go above and beyond to give our children the best education.


As you can see it takes a whole community to make Bond Mill successful. Thank you again to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make Bond Mill the best school in PG county.
